Job Summary Disney+ is on the lookout for an innovative Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our Sports experiences. This role focuses on transforming how fans discover, engage with, and follow sports events, teams, and tournaments on our platform. Your mission will extend beyond conventional feature development; you’ll be reimagining fan experiences and storytelling within the realm of sports. You will develop and communicate a comprehensive vision and roadmap for high‑impact projects across Disney+, ensuring they drive engagement and satisfaction for all subscribers, whether entitled or non‑entitled. In this impactful role on the Disney+ Product team, you will collaborate with cross‑functional partners in Design, Engineering, Data, Programming, and Content to bring exciting new features to life while optimizing user engagement tactics. You’ll also explore new storytelling methodologies to revolutionize the digital entertainment experience for sports fans. Responsibilities Define and communicate a holistic vision for Sports on Disney+ to ensure exceptional fan experiences. Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for Sports on Disney+ across all platforms, including Web, Mobile, and Living Room Devices. Collaborate with Product teams, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Content teams to deliver high‑quality features in an agile setting. Establish and refine user experiences aligned with unique storytelling opportunities for each sport. Utilize experimentation and A/B testing to validate ideas and improve user experiences. Set KPIs and success metrics that align with business objectives and enhance user engagement. Basic Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within sports, streaming, live events, or direct‑to‑consumer products. Proven ability to create and communicate a compelling product vision that unites cross‑functional teams. Experience with experiment frameworks and a solid understanding of data‑driven decision‑making. Exceptional collaboration skills, ensuring effective communication across diverse teams. A strong passion for streaming, storytelling, and creating memorable user experiences. Experience with Scrum methodology and the software development lifecycle. Preferred Qualifications A deep passion for sports and enhancing fan engagement. Product management experience or strong technical understanding of the Live TV streaming landscape. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. This role is based in Santa Monica, CA, with a salary range of $188,400 to $252,600 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
