Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical Telemetry
This is a 13-week contract position.
3x12 Hour Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a minimum of 18 months of recent experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry. This role requires a proactive approach to patient care and a commitment to excellence in nursing practice.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry setting.
- Monitor patient vital signs and ECG readings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum of 18 months of recent experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry.
- Active Permanent Ohio License or Compact License in hand.
- Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Epic experience is a must.
- One recent reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty.
