THE ROLE: RETAIL TEAM MEMBER Retail Team Members play a crucial role in delivering warm, helpful, and accurate customer service that reflects the dedication of the Levain brand. Retail Team Members foster customer loyalty by creating a welcoming environment that encourages customers to return again and again. Retail Team Members are also responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting store environment and supporting the team in daily operations.
