Store Manager

Weu2019re seeking a Store Manager to join our team to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: u00b7 Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability u00b7 Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations u00b7 Lead, train, and develop store associates to foster a culture of growth u00b7 Provide every customer with a positive and enjoyable shopping experience u00b7 Safeguard the companyu2019s assets u00b7 Build strong relationships with the community by actively engaging in outreach and partnerships u00b7 Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while enforcing company policies and procedures u00b7 Implement operational and merchandising direction that is communicated from our corporate headquarters Skills and Experience: u00b7 High school diploma or equivalent is preferred u00b7 Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required u00b7 Excellent communication skills are required u00b7 Retail management experience is preferred u00b7 Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs.
