Paint Line Production Employee – Garrett, IN
Peoplelink Staffing is hiring Paint Line Production Employees for a company located in Garrett, IN.
Pay & Schedule

• $17.50/hour
• 4am -noon, 8am -4 pm
• Monday – Friday some Saturdays OT

Job Summary This role supports paint line operations by assisting with machine operation, material handling, and quality checks to ensure high-quality finished products.
Key Responsibilities

• Load and operate paint line machinery
• Position workpieces and assist with job setup
• Monitor equipment to ensure quality and proper operation
• Manual Paint booth
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow safety, quality, and documentation requirements

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Manufacturing or production experience a plus, but not required
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
