Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic school-based position near Vero Beach, FL. This contract opportunity offers the chance to utilize specialized skills in behavioral analysis to help K-12 learners thrive. Beginning as soon as possible and extending through early June 2027, this role primarily serves one main campus (with occasional support at a second very close location in emergencies). You’ll work closely with staff, students, and families to drive positive change and provide essential support.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and current National BCBA certification required
• Experience working with K-12 students in educational or clinical settings strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable adapting to serve across campuses if needed
• Willingness to complete district credentialing requirements, including fingerprinting and badge appointment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments for students with diverse needs in a school environment
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans to support student success
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and allied professionals to optimize interventions
• Provide professional development and training on behavior strategies as needed
• Respond and offer assistance in emergencies, supporting additional campuses if required
