Physical Therapist Early Intervention Evaluator

We are a growing agency seeking strong monolingual and bilingual Physical Therapists to provide early intervention evaluations in New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and/or Staten Island). We take great pride in the work we do and have a strong reputation in the field.Essential duties and responsibilities:The essential duties and responsibilities are not limited to the following:Utilize DOH approved, age appropriate, testing tools to evaluate infants/toddlers who have been referred to the early intervention programProvide a written report and other documentation required by the early intervention programCollaborate with other evaluators to support the multi-disciplinary evaluation processOther duties as assigned.Qualifications:Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical TherapyNYS License in Physical Therapy requiredBilingual a plus!Must demonstrate excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skillsMust be able to collaborate with the clinical team and all related service providersOur mission is to provide the best possible services to children in their natural environments.
