Develop and implement treatment sessions based on each child’s IFSP (Individualized Family Service Plan) goals. Document session notes and maintain progress records in compliance with program requirements. Collaborate with parents/caregivers to support carryover of strategies in daily routines. Coordinate care with program supervisors and other service providers working with the child.
