Position Title Executive Territory Manager, RWS, Los Angeles, California Location Los Angeles, CA Department RWS Clinical Status Clinical Responsibilities Achieve sales quotas for assigned channels and product groups; execute quarterly and annual sales performance metrics. Conduct in‑services and meetings to deliver company‑developed training. Develop and execute annual business plans within the assigned geography; monitor key performance metrics with management and set execution goals. Assist management in identifying areas of opportunity and improving sales tactics. Travel at least 80% of the time and reside near the location. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS). Minimum 5 years of strong sales experience in B2B, medical device, or wound care; or 3 years as an LNH Territory Manager with demonstrated high performance. Valid driver’s license. Key Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficient with Microsoft Office suite. Strategic analysis and planning skills. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interface with physicians, surgeons, wound care specialists, and hospitals. Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage. Compensation Salary Range: $79,166 – $105,555 (plus variable for California). Final compensation based on location, qualifications and experience.
