You will be responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team with candidate management, scheduling, candidate reimbursements, and projects related to attracting, hiring, and retaining the best talent at American Airlines./ph3What Youll Do/h3ulliCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/liliManage communication between candidates and interviewers to ensure a seamless interview process/liliMaintain an organized interview calendar and update it in real-time/liliComplete candidate reimbursement submissions within Coupa with accuracy and efficiency/liliRespond promptly to candidate inquiries regarding application status, interview details, and general recruitment-related questions/liliProvide a positive and professional candidate experience/liliPrepare and maintain recruitment-related reports, including but not limited to interview schedules and candidate status updates/liliLiaise with hiring managers, recruiters, and other team members to ensure a collaborative and effective recruitment process/liliCommunicate regularly with candidates to keep them informed about the status of their application/liliCoordinate candidate travel and share details in a timely manner/liliMay be assigned internal projects as appropriate/li/ulh3All Youll Need For Success/h3pMinimum Qualifications - Education Prior Job Experience/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED/liliOne year in a recruitment coordinator or similar administrative role/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications - Education Prior Job Experience/pulliExperience managing complex meeting/interview scheduling requests/liliExperience with SuccessFactors or other large enterprise ATS system (Taleo, iCIMS, etc.)/liliExperience with large volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails/liliExperience handling confidential information with utmost care/liliCustomer service experience/li/ulh3Skills, Licenses Certifications/h3ulliKnowledge of recruiting and/or HR processes/liliKnowledge in Microsoft Office Suite experience; PowerPoint, Excel and Word/liliAbility to work well under pressure and highly self-motivated/liliAbility to multitask, manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines/liliAbility to collaborate in a team environment and work with partners in different locations/liliAbility to remain professional with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills customer focused/liliAbility to tolerate ambiguity and ability to demonstrate flexibility and judgement under pressure/liliKnowledge in time management and organizational skills in order to accomplish numerous tasks and assignments/liliStrong attention to detail/li/ulh3Top 3 to 5 Skillsets / Years of Experience:/h3ulliOne year in a recruitment coordinator or similar administrative role/liliExperience managing complex meeting/interview scheduling requests/liliExperience with SuccessFactors or other large enterprise ATS system (Taleo, iCIMS, etc.)/liliExperience handling confidential information with utmost care/liliCustomer service experience/liliAirline experience nice to have/li/ul/div
