Here's What A Typical Day Might Look Like
Morning check-in: review the project schedule and ensure all crews are prepared for the day's tasks. Communicate with vendors to confirm material deliveries. Client communication: check in with homeowners to provide updates on ongoing projects, address questions, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the process. Midday operations: handle material orders, manage change orders, and monitor project budgets to ensure everything stays on track. Recruit, schedule, and oversee installation crews as needed. Problem-solving: address unexpected issues, such as material delays or customer concerns, and work with your team to resolve them quickly and efficiently. Daily wrap-up: review progress reports, evaluate upcoming priorities, and plan your next day to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Construction operations experience: experience in project management or operations, ideally in construction, renovation, or a related field. Leadership and organizational skills: ability to recruit and manage installation crews, coordinate with vendors, and oversee multiple projects at once. Customer-centric approach: strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and manage client relationships effectively. Tech-savvy: comfortable using different software to manage project schedules, generate reports, and track client interactions. Problem-solving ability: skilled at handling unexpected challenges, from material delays to customer concerns, and finding quick, practical solutions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits and on-site management. Must be able to relocate to franchise location (if not currently local).

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
