Radiology Service Desk CoordinatorJob Title: Radiology Service Desk CoordinatorLocation: New York, NY 10037Duration: 8 WeeksShift: DayPay Rate: $30.50/hrJob Description: As a Radiology Service Desk Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in responding to support tickets promptly and ensuring superior customer service. This position involves dealing with a high-pressure environment and adhering to SLA escalation procedures for resolution. Detailed note-taking of all activities and interactions in the system is essential.Responsibilities:Respond to support tickets in a timely mannerProvide detailed notes of all activities and interactions in the systemProvide superior customer serviceCommunicate effectively with key organizational stakeholdersWork in a high-pressure environment with SLA escalation procedures for resolutionSkills:Experience working in a hospital and/or with radiologists is requiredExperience working in a service desk environmentAbility to document and type 40 words a minuteTechnical familiarity with Imaging Information Systems (IIS), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Picture Archive and Communication Systems (PACS), EPIC, E-Clinical, Athena, or a similar systemEducation: High School diploma or GEDLanguage Proficiency: English (Speak, Read, Write)Job ID: 229624
