Company: Compass Business Group
Pay: $85,000$105,000 per year (draw pay, commissions, bonuses)
Schedule: MondayFriday, weekends as needed
Location: In-person | B2B and individual sales

Your Mission

  • Lead high-impact client meetings and group presentations (150+ attendees)

  • Build, control, and grow your own book of business with full autonomy

  • Coach and mentor teammates to maximize performance and results

  • Strategically follow up on leads, set appointments, and crush goals

  • Partner with management to execute strategies and expand your influence
