Moxie is growing fast, and we're looking for a Senior Designer to help define what we look like as we grow. Our mission is to elevate the quality of life for our customers, team, and community. Everything we do is grounded in care, and your job is to make sure people can see and feel that in our brand. This isn't a role where you'll spend your days resizing someone else's ideas. You'll create the ideas. On a given day, you might concept a major campaign. The next day, you're designing for an arena, building a digital experience, shaping a brand story, or figuring out how Moxie should show up somewhere we've never been before. You'll have real ownership, high visibility, and a lot of room to make exceptional work. What you'll do Make Moxie unmistakably Moxie. Build creative that has a point of view and feels like us wherever people encounter it—from a six‑inch social ad to a 60‑foot arena display. Turn business opportunities into creative ideas. Sometimes you'll get a great brief. Other times you'll get, "We need to do something for this." You'll know how to ask the right questions in order to ascertain what the stakeholder wants to see, even if they don't know how to explain it. Then, through agile prototyping, you'll find the right idea, and turn ambiguity into something smart and compelling. Build campaigns, not just assets. Develop big creative concepts and carry them across paid media, social, web, events, print, presentations, sales materials, and physical experiences without losing what made the idea great in the first place. Take work all the way. You can go from blank page to concept to beautifully‑finished execution. You're senior enough to know when something needs another round—and when it's ready to go out into the world. And when the timeline is truncated, you adapt skillfully and optimistically in order to deliver on time. Help evolve the brand. Protect what makes Moxie recognizable while constantly asking how we can make it more human, more memorable, and more relevant. Have a creative point of view. Explain why you made your choices. Take feedback without getting precious about the work. Push back thoughtfully when you see a better path. Great creative here is collaborative, but we do not design by committee. Raise the bar. Bring great taste, obsessive attention to detail, and curiosity about what's happening in design, culture, technology, and creative work. Make the work around you better. Juggle multiple disciplines . You can handle a wide variety of deliverables: landing pages, digital ads, email assets, mailers, billboards, Instagram graphics, event signage, swag of all kinds, logo design, poster design, (and much more). Type, spacing, hierarchy, imagery, composition—the tiny things that most people don't notice are exactly the things you notice. You like range. You don't want to design the same thing every day. Digital, print, campaigns, events, environmental, presentations, social—you can move between them without losing the brand. You want your work to actually ship. You like moving quickly, making decisions, and seeing your creative out in the world. Qualifications 5+ years of professional design experience, with strong experience in brand, marketing, or advertising. A standout portfolio showing high‑visibility brand work across digital and traditional channels. We're much more interested in what you've made than where you've worked. Exceptional design fundamentals: typography, layout, hierarchy, imagery, composition, and an eye for the details that separate good work from great work. Proven ability to take one strong creative concept and extend it across wildly different formats without watering it down. Experience owning work from early concept through polished, production‑ready execution. Seasoned at taking feedback: you know that "V1s" are often torn apart and you don't take it personally. You jump into "V2" without skipping a beat. Confidence in presenting work to senior leaders, explaining your thinking, incorporating feedback, and advocating for a stronger creative direction when needed. Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, plus the ability to build a presentation that's memorable and fun. The ability to juggle multiple projects and collaborators while keeping the work—and yourself—moving. A willingness to learn new tools and venture outside your preferred workflow Why Moxie?
