This physician-led, professionally managed organization operates a modern clinic attached to a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with transitional care services. The facility supports a robust multi-specialty environment with access to a full-service clinic including laboratory, radiology, and retail pharmacy services, as well as seamless transfer capabilities to a nearby 330-bed facility for complex cases.

Job Details:

• Clinic-only practice with the possibility of working hospitalist shifts during the year, if desired
• Flexible and adjustable hours to support work-life balance
• ZERO Call model – all after-hours call is covered by a separate dedicated call team
• Friendly team environment consisting of 8 physicians and 8 APPs (IM/FM Team)
• Average of 16 patients seen per day
• Admit to a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital facility with transitional care services
• EM physicians staff the ED with complex case transfer options available to a nearby 330-bed facility
• Supported by hospitalists and elder care team for long-term care facilities
• 24-hour Nurse Care line with RN nurse triage office support in the clinic
• Epic electronic medical records system
• Access to a multi-specialty clinic including Family Medicine, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Mental Health, Orthopedics, Pulmonology, Psychiatry, and many additional specialties and consult services
• Full-service clinic includes laboratory, radiology (general radiology, 3D Mammography, MRI, CT), and retail pharmacy with medication management
• Minimum of 6 weeks of time off per year
• Malpractice and tail coverage provided
