Transportation Clerk
Hiring in Plano, Texas for a Transportation Specialist! Are you a transportation or logistics expert? Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM (You will be responsible for providing logistics support, including order entry, routing and dispatching, and traffic coordination. Responsibilities:
- Experience with Freight Optimizer system or related technology
- Support account managers with declining or accepting loads that need a quality check of product
- Experience using a BOL within the industry and Warehouse Management Systems
- Monitor pick ups and deliveries while verifying arrival of loads
- Communication with drivers to ensure accurate delivery and location
- Provide support as needed with scheduling
- Microsoft Outlook experience
- Writing reports and correspondence to all communication regarding the carrier base
Desired Background/Skills:
- BOL and WMS experience required!
