Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.Raytheon Land Based Sensors, a sub strategic business unit within Land and Air Defense Systems, is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Strategic Integration Program Manager within the Growth & Strategy portfolio. This role calls for a dynamic leader eager to operate within a fast-moving, evolving, and strategic portfolio interfacing with the U.S. Army, International Partners and other key internal and external stakeholders. This portfolio spans development, production, and sustainment programs with various contract types, technical complexity, and direct interfaces with U.S. Government agencies. The successful candidate will lead through strong cross-functional engagement, partnering closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Development to identify, track and implement strategic initiatives to achieve the goals of the portfolio. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
