Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in Farmingdale, NY. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless, positive experience.

This position a 100% in-office position.

salary: $19 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Customer Communication: Answer inbound phone calls, respond to emails, and handle live chats from customers with a warm, helpful, and professional demeanor.

• Order & Request Processing: Accurately enter and update customer orders, tracking details, and account updates into our internal database.

• Problem Resolution: Actively listen to customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and delivery timelines.

• Administrative Support: Maintain clean digital records of all customer interactions, follow up on pending issues, and collaborate with internal departments (like shipping or billing) to resolve customer requests.
