Job Description

• Design Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and craft tailored therapy strategies that empower them to meet their personal goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Approaches: Apply evidence-based techniques to advance patients' physical abilities, cognitive skills, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand in hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their loved ones on therapeutic methods to ensure ongoing progress outside of sessions.
• Evaluate and Record Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and adapt treatment plans accordingly, ensuring they remain on the path to success.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a nationally recognized institution
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are highly encouraged

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
