Production Support

PRODUCTION SUPPORT SPECIALIST I WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Production Support Specialist I is an entry-level role responsible for providing support to various production teams within the Small Business/Consumer and Commercial Operations groups. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Receives and uploads conditions/documents pertaining to loans. Initiates third party orders such as but not limited to appraisal, title, flood, insurance, credit, verifications of employment, etc. Send various letters to clients to ensure City National Bank remains complaint with all federal, state, and local regulations. Review and clear conditions within authority. Perform routine data entry and validation tasks. Follows up for trailing docs as needed. Verifies and inputs loan information accurately into loan origination system. Other duties as assigned by management. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Minimum 1 year of recent mortgage or commercial experience. Minimum 1 year of administrative/office clerk experience. Non-office work that regularly includes unassisted lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, etc. of objects, weight or force of up to 25 lbs. and/or on infrequent or rare occasions, with the assistance of another person, weight or force up not exceeding 40 lbs. Additional Qualifications Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain high levels of performance, especially in stressful situations. Excellent written and verbal skills. Excellent organizational skills. Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Loan Origination systems. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $20.28 - $30.42 per hour.
