This role is aligned to our SF or NY office. While hybrid work flexibility is offered, team members are required to be in the office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Why This Role Matters As a Success Team member, you will ensure Vouch customers have a great experience after purchasing coverage. You’ll guide existing customers through insurance questions, day‑to‑day servicing, renewal business, coverage changes, and overall customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do Establish trusted relationships with our customers Retain existing Vouch clients during renewal Analyze existing insurance packages and evaluate risk Deliver timely follow‑up to client requests and issues Manage growing accounts, advise clients on risk solutions, and sell more products Use Direct Carrier and Wholesale Broker platforms to secure alternative quotes and manage existing policies, including preparation and presentation of submissions Construct and present customized insurance packages Ensure clients can use the tools/services available through the Vouch platform Identify follow‑up opportunities for additional value Collaborate with billing and Policy Administration teams on client/carrier instructions and assist in collections About You 2+ years of sales, brokerage, customer service, or other client‑facing experience in the insurance industry preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Able to be agile and thrive in a fast‑paced environment Competitive drive to outperform peers and continuously improve hard and soft skills Dependable, positive, and detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑through Active/Current Property and Casualty License Ability to drive success through ambiguous and complex situations Takes initiative to problem‑solve when meeting resistance Nice To Have Exposure to early‑stage startups and/or high‑growth environments Background in insurance or other regulated categories Prior experience in a quota‑carrying role with responsibility for achieving individual quantitative goals Benefits Competitive compensation and equity packages Health, dental, and vision insurance Parental leave Flexible vacation time Wellness allowance Technology allowance Company‑sponsored personal and professional development L&D: Partnerships with Ethena and monthly Lunch & Learns Wellbeing: access to Peloton, Fetch, OneMedical, Headspace care+, etc. Caregiver Support: company seed into the dependent care FSA and company‑sponsored Care.com membership Regular performance reviews: goal setting, check‑ins, development discussions, promotion opportunities Interview Process 30‑minute phone call with recruiting team 30‑45 minute video interview with hiring manager Case study/technical screen Meet the team – 30‑45 min 1:1 video discussion with 3‑4 team members Compensation Philosophy The On‑Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are $90,000‑$95,000 per year depending on experience. This includes a $65,000‑$70,000 base salary and $25,000 variable compensation. The role is hourly and non‑exempt, with overtime eligibility for hours over 40 per week.
