Full job description Accounts Receivable Specialist (Manufacturing) Location: Brookshire, TX Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite Salary: $55,000 Join Our Accounting Team Elin Energy is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist with manufacturing experience to support our growing Accounting & Finance Department. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, maintaining accurate financial records, and building strong customer relationships while ensuring timely collections and cash flow. Local candidates only. Immediate start preferred. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable Generate customer invoices Apply customer payments Monitor aging reports Follow up on outstanding balances Process customer deductions and credits Resolve billing discrepancies Reconcile customer accounts Maintain accurate customer records Assist with month-end close Prepare AR reports for management Support inventory and shipping reconciliations Assist during audits Work cross-functionally with Accounting, Sales, Shipping, and Customer Service QualificationsRequired 3–5 years of Accounts Receivable experience Manufacturing accounting experience Cash applications Customer collections Customer account reconciliations Aging reports Billing experience Microsoft Excel Strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills Preferred ERP software experience Manufacturing environment Inventory accounting exposure Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance Disability Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Sick Leave Elin Energy LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
