RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries by email, phone, messaging and social media. Ask questions to understand client interests, preferences and expectations. Explain available services clearly and help clients make informed decisions. Follow up with interested prospects without pressure or misleading promises. Schedule consultations and information sessions, and provide timely reminders. Maintain accurate records of conversations, requests and next steps. Resolve routine concerns and elevate issues that require additional support. Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent service. Attend training and apply feedback to improve performance. Protect client information and follow established procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong written and verbal communication skills. A warm, patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions. Dependability, organization and attention to detail. Self-motivation and the ability to manage priorities remotely. Willingness to learn, accept coaching and take consistent action. Comfort using email, online meetings and basic digital tools.
