Zelis is seeking a Senior Manager, Site Reliability & Operational Resilience to lead enterprise capabilities for detecting, responding to, and recovering from technology disruptions. Reporting to Global Operations, you will shape the roadmap and operating model for observability, major incident command, disaster recovery, and reliability engineering across a globally distributed team.
