Assembly Technician

Assembly Technician - High Earning Commission Opportunity! We are seeking skilled assembly technicians to join T‑ROC, where you’ll assemble bikes, grills, furniture, and other retail products. Earn a base rate of $15.00 to $25.00 per hour plus unlimited commission based on your productivity—top performers can earn $20-$40 per hour or more, with no cap. Responsibilities Assemble bikes, grills, furniture, and other retail products accurately and efficiently. Troubleshoot assembly issues and produce high‑quality finished builds. Use hand tools and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Work independently inside major retail stores. Hit daily productivity goals and earn commission accordingly. Provide friendly, professional interactions with store teams and staff. Qualifications Mechanical aptitude; experience with tools or tinkering is a big plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day. Desire to earn more through performance. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between nearby store locations if required. Valid driver’s license, MVR compliant, and auto insurance meeting T‑ROC minimum coverage requirements. Successful completion of pre‑employment drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
