A leading eye care provider is seeking a Patient Engagement Center Advocate to handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and ensure patient needs are addressed with exceptional service. Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED and 1+ years in a related customer service role, preferably in a medical setting. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
