Job Title: Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN PT - MC Address: Alexandria, VA Job Description Assess patient needs and document medical history using electronic health records. Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications. Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health and identify abnormalities. Conduct medication reviews to evaluate side effects and drug interactions. Evaluate complex patient conditions and monitor pain levels, documenting responses. Critical Information Work schedule created in 6-week blocks, with shifts between 7-10 hours during clinic hours. Onsite work required; hybrid or remote options not specified. Education/Licenses Needed Active and unrestricted LVN or LPN license in the U.S. High School Diploma or GED required. Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, point-of-care testing, and EMR systems (Epic preferred). Benefits Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
