The role covers acute, chronic, and wellness visits both in-office and via telehealth, with collaboration across in-person and virtual teams. Candidates need a completed accredited NP or PA program with national certification and a DC license, plus 2+ years outpatient primary care experience or 1 year plus a fellowship/urgent care in the past five years.
