Mortgage Underwriter
The ideal candidate will have front line conventional refinance experience with 1-3 years of underwriting experience in a fast paced environment and exceptional attention to detail.
- Underwriting of conventional loans within established SLA requirements while maintaining file quality
- Responsible for setting and clearing loan conditions on files according to investor guidelines and within established processes and procedures
- Responsible for educating and mentoring all HSS they work with
- Must be able to work overtime as required
- Experience with Front Line Conventional Refinancing
- 2+ years of underwriting experience in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of mortgage regulations and Client/Freddie Mac Mortgage guidelines
- High School diploma required, College diploma preferred
