Patient Care Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time, On-Site Schedule: Day Shift (Monday to Friday) Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Job Summary:

We are looking for a patient care coordinator, this person is dependable, self-motivated, and organized with excellent phone skills. Must project a warm and caring personality over the phone and in person, with a positive attitude. We are looking for someone who can work independently and still cooperate with others and take direction.

Duties Include:

• General administration
• Answering the phone and taking clear and concise messages
• Managing the Front Desk and Walk-ins
• File documents on a consistent basis
• Maintain organization of the office
• Any work tasks that are assigned by the manager

Skills:

Highly organized, with good time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, & Outlook. Excellent phone manner and etiquette.
