Beverage Cart AttendantWoodholme Country Club, located in Pikesville, MD, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Beverage Cart Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Pay Rate: Part-time, $18.00 per hour + tips Key Responsibilities:Confirms the beverage cart is fully operational before starting rounds on the courseStocks and cleans the beverage cart throughout the dayMaintains and demonstrates knowledge of proper golf course etiquetteMaintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by managementEnsures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient, and personalized mannerServes food and beverage items to guests while on the courseResponds to customer questions regarding general facility informationReviews schedules for changes, the calendar of events, and club activities on a daily basisAccountable for all checks and cash transactions, which may at times be high volumeUtilizes the Point of Sale (POS) system and creates daily sales reportsCommunicates guest concerns or comments immediately to the Director of Food and Beverage and ChefIncorporates safe work practices in job performancePerforms other duties as requiredMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Must meet state age requirements to serve alcoholOther Qualifications:Regular and reliable attendanceExperience preferred but not requiredBenefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement)Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.About Troon: Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
