Landscape Account Manager

Position Landscape Account Manager Location: Boynton Beach, FL Job Id: 152 # of Openings: 0 Responsibilities Serves as liaison between crew and customer and between customer and company management Proactively builds relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with current services and to generate opportunities for expansion of services Continuously updates customer database Handles requests, problems and/or questions and ensures resolution Completes orders for job materials, schedules work, and follows up with customers Meets with Crew Leaders to ensure crews are within budgeted hours and address properties needing special attention Completes routine site visits and schedules inspections Provides onsite training for employees needing additional support understanding their positions Sets project timelines and schedules for crews and monitors on-site performance Walks through and inspects job sites and may participate in hands-on work Sells in enhancements and renews ongoing contracts; assists in resolving past due invoicing Ensures operational efficiencies through collaboration with operations teams Qualifications 2+ years of customer service and management experience Experience in the landscaping industry (mowing, trimming, pruning, irrigation, etc.) is ideal Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record; ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and communication skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area Ability to work outside in all weather conditions Must be able to lift 50 lbs and walk 10+ miles a day About Us Cutters Edge is here to help improve, beautify and increase our customers’ business and property values through landscape.
