Title: UM Support Analyst / Administrative Support
Location: 4000 LUXOTTICA PL MASON OH 45040
Hours: 1st Role - 7:00 - 3:30 PM that will include Saturday and Sunday - the weekdays can be flexible
Duration: 6+ months
The Pay rate will be $22.55 per hour on W2 (All Inclusive)
Work Model: (Hybrid – In Office Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Flexible)
Job Description:
The UM Support Analyst/Admin provides administrative and data-entry support for UM prior authorization requests. The role works in Facets, FileBound, and Jira and is responsible for making outbound notification calls to providers and members. Prior HealthFirst and Anthem prior authorization experience is a plus.
