Technician Apprentice Program - Body Apprentice

Caliber Collision is hiring for a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice to perform all-purpose duties, including repairing damaged vehicles to pre‑accident condition, reading estimates, identifying damage, and checking work for quality and accuracy under the guidance of a mentor. Responsibilities Repair damaged vehicles to pre‑accident condition using industry‑approved repair techniques. Read estimates and identify damage. Repair vehicles and check work for quality and accuracy. Follow mentor’s direction while learning practical skills. Qualifications At least 18 years old. Valid driver’s license and eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy. Ability to perform consistent physical activity: reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs. Understand written and verbal instructions. Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast‑paced environment. Complete required training and certifications related to TAP. No experience required; previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo‑Tech certification is a plus. Benefits Hourly rate: $15–$18 per hour. Weekly pay: get paid every Friday.
