Role Overview

An experienced Product Manager is sought to provide product leadership for enterprise enrollment solutions within an Agile/SAFe environment. This individual will drive modernization initiatives focused on workflow automation, process optimization, and digital transformation leveraging Appian. The role is critical to ensuring continuity across the enrollment domain, aligning stakeholders, and accelerating the delivery of key business capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, own, and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization strategy in alignment with business objectives and modernization goals.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable product requirements.
• Partner closely with architects, developers, QA teams, and business leaders to ensure successful product delivery.
• Lead workflow modernization efforts, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, scalability, and user experience through Appian solutions.
• Participate in Agile and SAFe ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and PI Planning.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability of business requirements throughout the development, testing, demonstration, and release activities.
• Support user acceptance testing, stakeholder reviews, and formal acceptance of delivered capabilities.
• Drive stakeholder communication, alignment, and change management activities to support successful adoption of new capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across enrollment processes and supporting technologies.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Manager, Product Owner, or related product leadership experience within Agile or SAFe environments.
• Proven experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and business requirements for enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of Appian workflow solutions, business process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within large, complex, highly regulated organizations; healthcare and enrollment workflow experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic product planning with day-to-day product execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting healthcare organizations, health plans, or regulated healthcare environments.
• Medicaid and/or Medicare experience.
• Enrollment, eligibility, or membership operations experience.
• Experience with Appian platform implementations or modernization initiatives.
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), or similar Agile delivery tools.
• Experience leading workflow transformation or process improvement initiatives.
• Agile/SAFe certification.
• Familiarity with enterprise modernization programs and workflow automation strategies.
