Be part of bringing a new operation to life. DP World is opening a facility in Rialto, CA, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support our fast-paced warehouse operations. This role will play a key part in managing daily HR activities, supporting recruitment, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth workforce operations in a dynamic distribution environment.

About the Role

How you will contribute:

Answer routine inquiries and perform public contact duties involving the collection, verification, and/or dissemination of human resources information on various topics such as testing, records, wages, and procedures on absences, hiring procedures, and company policies and procedures. Assist with various activities such as recruitment, orientation sessions, and applicant testing. Review applications and interview applicants. Gather information for and assist with preparation of reports. Compose and distribute correspondence and/or letters that require a knowledge of established departmental procedures. Develop, maintain, analyze and/or assist with various human resources activities and procedures as needed. Prepare, process, and assist payroll and payroll related records as needed. Act as the primary point of contact and receptionist for the site. Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, or business or a field related to the position preferred. Will consider experience in lieu of education. Experience performing basic human resources, payroll, customer service, or general office duties. Proficiency on computers including Microsoft Office products and HRIS systems. Strong interpersonal/communication skills - able to communicate and establish effective working relationships with all departments.
