RN Charge Nurse

Methodist Health System seeks an experienced RN Charge Nurse – Operating Room to coordinate perioperative care and lead an OR nursing team. In this role, you will supervise patient flow, assign staff, and ensure adherence to evidence‑based surgical and infection‑prevention standards. The Charge RN collaborates closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and support teams to optimize outcomes and patient safety. Responsibilities include mentoring OR nurses, managing supplies and equipment, supporting rapid response to emergencies, documenting care, and promoting a culture of integrity, compassion, accountability, and continuous quality improvement.
