Skills and Competencies

• Two or more years of experience in sales, project management, business operations, sales operations, analytics, consulting, or a related role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill information clearly for different audiences
• Ability to create polished presentations, reports, trackers, and meeting materials with limited guidance
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups
• Collaborative and professional, with confidence working across stakeholders in a complex organization
• Curious and analytical, with interest in business analysis, data, problem solving, and process improvement
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to producing accurate, high-quality work
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

This associate-level role sits at the center of the Moody's Analytics Sales organization, supporting strategic, operational, and project management priorities for the Sales leadership team.

• Coordinate strategic sales initiatives by structuring workstreams, tracking progress, and driving completion of assigned actions
• Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, milestone logs, action lists, and follow-up items to support disciplined execution
• Apply project management best practices to plan, organize, and monitor cross-functional initiatives from inception through completion, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders remain informed throughout
• Prepare materials for leadership and working sessions, including agendas, research, data inputs, draft slides, and post-meeting follow-ups
• Support process improvement by documenting workflows, gathering stakeholder input, identifying pain points, and summarizing practical recommendations
• Research sales practices, operating processes, tools, and emerging technologies, and translate findings into concise, actionable insights
• Help translate leadership priorities into action by coordinating workstreams, organizing information, and preparing clear materials
