Key Responsibilities for the AP Specialist:

Process a high volume of invoices (200300 daily) accurately and efficiently
Review and verify invoices after OCR processing to ensure data accuracy
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies as needed
Maintain accurate AP records and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams and fellow AP professionals to ensure timely processing
Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested

Qualifications for the AP Specialist:

2+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience processing large volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently
JD Edwards experience is a plus
