Hospital Unit Secretary: Patient Care & Admin Support
UC Irvine
UCI Health in Orange, CA seeks a unit secretary to perform clerical duties on a patient care unit under the Charge Nurse. The role requires knowledge of medical terminology, and candidates with computer skills and prior unit secretary experience in an acute care setting are preferred. The position includes standing/walking most of the day, transferring and lifting patients as needed, and clear written communication with staff and patients.
