Recruiting Specialist Location: Edison, NJ Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $41,400 - $45,920 Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday Responsibilities Sourcing and recruiting production and manufacturing, customer service, administrative candidates Evaluating and assessing potential candidates Interviewing prospective candidates Developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified talent Ensuring all employees have met compliance requirements Build employee/manager relationships Generating leads and market intelligence Responsible for the coordination, documentation, and tracking of new employees Handle Quality Control/Customer Service issues Requirements Prior Recruiting experience or looking to get into the staffing industry Ability to meet established performance requirementsStrong interpersonal skills, ability to foster relationships Ability to multitask, prioritize work needs, and respond to tasks with a sense of urgency Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
