Seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and project cost accounting. This role will lead a small accounting team and partner closely with operational leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Oversee financial operations, reporting, journal entries, and internal controls.
- Manage and mentor a small accounting team.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Partner with Project Managers and operational teams on project budgeting and cost tracking.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Participate in ERP implementation and process improvement initiatives.
- Handle special projects and provide financial support to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Project accounting or construction industry experience preferred.
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and cost accounting skills.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- SAP or ERP implementation experience preferred. xhyhwjd
