Position Summary As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional resident care while leading and supporting nursing staff. You will help ensure residents receive compassionate, individualized care in a safe and comfortable environment. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and wound care. Complete resident assessments and maintain accurate documentation. Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and interdisciplinary team members. Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing personnel. Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations. Promote a positive and resident-centered care environment. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current, active, and unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current CPR certification. Long-term care experience preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills. Commitment to providing exceptional resident care.
