Project Manager / Project Engineer - Civil Site Development

Role: Project Manager / Project Engineer – Civil Site Development Responsibilities Lead civil site development projects for residential, commercial, and industrial clients from concept to construction. Prepare and oversee construction drawings for water, sewer, and storm drainage systems. Manage project teams to deliver design solutions meeting scope, schedule, and quality goals. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining effective communication throughout projects. Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design development and execution. Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget; support proposal and planning efforts. Mentor junior engineers and team members. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and PE license. 7 years of civil engineering design and project management experience. Strong understanding of civil site design, water, sewer, and storm drainage systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
