Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Purchase, NY (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)

6-Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on product recruitment to join our team, reporting directly to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the growth of our Services Organization. You will be a strategic talent advisor, recruiting for senior-level product roles across North America, helping us build high-performing teams that drive our product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Recruit for product roles, including Product Managers and Product Designers.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build diverse talent pipelines and provide market insights.
• Manage high-volume requisitions while prioritizing complex searches.
• Advise stakeholders and promote inclusive hiring practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Full-cycle product recruiting experience in corporate and/or agency environments.
• Experience managing high-volume workloads (20+ open requisitions).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage complex searches involving sourcing, immigration, and compensation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preferred: Workday ATS experience.
