Position Overview

The Corporate Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing key accounting functions while remaining hands-on in day-to-day operations. This role requires both strong technical expertise and proven leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff (minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience required)
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Partner cross-functionally with finance and operational teams
• Assist with audits and regulatory reporting
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the accounting function

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
• CPA strongly preferred
• Experience working within mid to large-size organizations
• Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory/leadership role
• Proven ability to be hands-on while managing a team
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
