As a Dental Hygienist at Withers Dental, you will play a critical role in promoting oral health by performing thorough dental cleanings, assessments, and preventive treatments. You will work in a supportive environment equipped with the latest technology, including Curve Hero software, Itero scanners, and Velscope devices. This part-time position offers flexible hours and hourly pay ranging from $70 to $75. Pay $70~$75 per hour Salary Details - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Employment Type Part-time Requirements Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years) Infection Control License Licensed dental hygienist iTero Valid Dental Hygienist license in the State of California. Proficiency with EMR system Curve Hero. Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures. Certified and experienced in laser dental hygiene treatments. Knowledge and experience with Itero scanning technology. Familiarity with Velscope devices for oral cancer screening. Previous dental office or clinical experience preferred but entry-level candidates encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to work with attention to detail while maintaining efficiency. Knowledge of infection control and disinfection procedures. Compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality regulations. Job Description Conduct comprehensive dental cleanings and oral health assessments for patients of all ages, including pediatric care. Utilize Curve Hero software for patient records management and documentation. Maintain meticulous dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide chairside assistance during dental examinations and procedures as needed. Educate patients on effective oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care. Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and ensure a clean, safe work environment. Review and verify patient documentation for completeness and accuracy. Stay updated on latest advancements in dental practices and technologies to continuously improve patient care quality.
