PM Line Cook

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our kitchen team as an PM Line Cook. SLCC is looking for someone with line cooking experience and the desire to further their career with an amazingly talented team. Education and Experience: Formal culinary training/certification (Preferred) Some experience in the culinary or a related field (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of general food preparation practices and principles Knowledge of food safety and sanitation Interpersonal communication skills Ability to stand for 8 hours Ability to lift, carry and move large objects up to 50 lbs.
