ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an energetic, goal-oriented Sales Telemarketing Representative to help grow our insurance agency by connecting with prospective and existing customers. This position focuses on outbound calling, identifying insurance needs, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Identify opportunities for auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
• Generate qualified leads and schedule sales appointments
• Follow up with prospects through phone, text, and email
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and follow-up activities
• Meet daily call, appointment, and lead-generation goals
• Provide a professional, friendly, and positive customer experience

Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication skills, a confident phone presence, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude. Previous telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not required.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Communication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using CRM software.
• Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.
• Professional and courteous telephone manner.
• Focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency’s growth.
