Manufacturing Machine Operator/Helper
CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Machine Operators/Helpers for CNC Manufacturing Machines, entry level, for a growing client in Odenton, Maryland. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with stable schedules for manufacturing machine operators/helpers. Schedule Mon-Fri 6AM 3:30 PM with occasional overtime available.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the machine operator and learning how to operate and verifying the quality of work on assigned machines (CNC machines) in a manner to consistently meet production standards and qualifications.
- Follows all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines and identifies any existing or potential safety issues.
- Attends work on time and for scheduled hours each day.
- Accurately, thoroughly, and legibly completes all documentation related to the position.
- Monitors product constantly to ensure that quality standards are being met.
- Promotes teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers.

- Prior machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Mathematical skills
- Reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Basic hand tool skills
- Basic blueprint reading
- Basic computer skills
